My recent experience with Suites has been considerably underwhelming

My recent experience with Suites has been considerably underwhelming. From an expectations-management standpoint, the product did not deliver on its core value proposition. Despite strong marketing narratives positioning it as their “best product,” the fragrance itself was virtually non-existent, and whatever minimal scent it carried dissipated within minutes.

This performance gap between the brand’s claims and the actual user experience raises legitimate concerns around product quality assurance and customer value alignment. As an end-user, I found the outcome disappointing and not reflective of the standards one would expect from a premium offering.

I sincerely hope the company revisits its formulation and quality controls to restore consumer confidence.

I am in love with this fragrance, but to my disappointment it does not have a lasting of 8 hours as per claims.
I have been trying near matches from different local brands, wherein in there startup they havea good lasting and then in next purchase it losses it.
I tried your perfume with a hope that it would really last that much but in vain.
Nevertheless I will try one more of your fragrances soon and sincerely hope that your claim of 8 hours lasting is true.

However, fragrance performance can vary from person to person depending on factors like skin type, hormones, and sweat composition. We’ve received feedback from some customers saying Suits lasted over 36 hours, while others experienced around 2–3 hours — which is quite normal in perfumery.

Secondly, we’d like you to try a quick test: apply the perfume on an idle shirt and keep it in your cupboard overnight. If the fragrance remains noticeable the next day, that means the perfume’s performance is excellent, but it may simply be less compatible with your skin chemistry.
