Shipping Policy

  • Free Shipping on all orders in Pakistan except special items such as pocket carriers or gift bundles.
  • Orders placed by 12:00 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) will be processed the same day.
  • Orders received after 12:00 pm will be processed the next day.
  • Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
  • Delivery time is between 5 to 7 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping season or our mega sales events.
  • On orders above the value of Rs.50,000 we will need an advance payment. Customer will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and the account details will be communicated then.
