We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 15 days of receipt. To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend trying the complimentary 6ml pocket carrier included in your package. If the fragrance meets your expectations, you're welcome to keep the full-size product. However, if you'd like to exchange or return the fragrance, please keep the main standard carrier unopened. Simply return the complete package to us and we'll process your request promptly, issuing either an exchange or a full refund according to your preference.

Refunds:

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, you will receive a notification email confirming its arrival. This email will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed promptly, with the credited amount automatically deposited back to your original payment method.

Shipping:

Please note that you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. In the case of an approved refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

This means the aromatic compounds in attars are present in a greater proportion compared to perfumes. Perfumes, on the other hand, contain a lower concentration of fragrance notes diluted with a solvent, typically alcohol. Despite the difference in concentration, both perfumes and attars can share the same fragrance pyramid, offering a similar scent profile.

The optimal concentration for a perfume is determined by the specific ingredients and their characteristics. However, we typically formulate our fragrances in the Eau de Parfum (EDP) or Parfum concentration categories.

Yes we do use Ethanol as a carrier in our perfumes.

While we formulate our fragrances to be gentle on most skin types, we recognize that fragrance sensitivity can vary from person to person. For those with highly sensitive skin, we recommend reviewing the fragrance ingredients listed on the product packaging before use. If you experience any discomfort after using a product, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist for personalized guidance.

We prioritize prompt order fulfillment. Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped from our warehouse within 24 business hours. Delivery timelines typically range from 24 to 72 business hours, depending on your location.

However, in sale days, due to unusual number of orders, the shipment has a chance of delays.
