Our return philosophy is inspired by the principles of the Sunnah—built on fairness, ease, and trust.

1. 15-day return & exchange window
2. Processing time: Up to 7 working days
3. Applicable on online purchases only
4. Delivery charges are non-refundable

📦 Return Conditions

To qualify for a return/exchange:

1. Bottle must be unused
2. Product must be in original condition & packaging
3. Include:
   1. Original box
   2. Standard carrier
   3. Pocket carrier
   4. 2ml sample
4. Return shipment must be in original Scent You packaging.

5. Invoice copy preferred or mention Order number on the return form

Note: Missing or damaged items may result in deductions.

💰 Deductions (If Missing Items)

1. Box: PKR 200
2. Pocket Carrier: PKR 275
3. Samples: PKR 30 each

⏰ Working Hours

Summer: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Break: 1:00 – 2:00 PM

Winter: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Break: 1:00 – 1:45 PM
