If the fragrance meets your expectations, you're welcome to keep the full-size product. However, if you'd like to exchange or return the fragrance, please keep the main standard carrier unopened. Simply return the complete package to us and we'll process your request promptly, issuing either an exchange or a full refund according to your preference.
Refunds:
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, you will receive a notification email confirming its arrival. This email will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed promptly, with the credited amount automatically deposited back to your original payment method.
Shipping:
Please note that you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. In the case of an approved refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
